Home FAQ

Q. My washing machine stops at the end of the last rinse and doesn't spin or empty.
A. Check if there is a drip dry switch. If set to drip dry, machines will stop full of water until the drip dry switch is turned to OFF or AUTO

Q. My front load washing machine won’t drain.
A. Nearly all front load machines have a filter that can be accessed from the front of the machine at the bottom, sometimes it is behind a flap or kick panel. CAUTION: Opening this filter will cause all the water in the machine to come out so be prepared. Once open, check for a lint build up, coins or pins/nails.

Q. Since a recent power outage, my oven wont heat up.
A. Most ovens that have a timer, need the clock set to manual after a power outage. Look for a button marked with a picture of a hand and try pressing that.

Q. Does my appliance need regular servicing by a service agent.
A. No, modern appliances are designed to need very little maintenance. Anything that needs to be done will be in the user manual that came with the appliance. You only need to call for service when the machine is not working properly or if it seems to be doing something different to normal.
